I've milled some F3B molds in the past but they were definitely much simpler.
You've done an amazing job at going into all small details that makes your design stand out of the crowd already.

Thanks for your nice words !!! I am lucky having a job (Toolmaker/Tooldesigner) that gives me the opportunity to make a project like this, I know it would be impossible without the possibilities I have at my job.

We also choosed to make as much as possible of holes etc, in the moulds, to make the "manual work" after demoulding of the parts as little as possible, both it is nice to have when first the moulds are made, makes the job per model smaller, and second all the holes will fit exactly without the manual work of doing holes afterwards.

First it will only be me and John that will fly the Spline.

It is also not sure if Denmark will go to the WC this year.

Just took some pictures of the first glaafibre testfuse exclusive for the French speaking gliderpilots.... But I strogle with this French forum to get the pictures shown...

Yes you should first upload your picture on a website like http://imageshack.us/ (it's very easy). Anyway, I went on your website and took a look at the first fuselage pics! What an amazing job, it's really beautiful. With such a mould the result could not be bad

The first fuselages do have some cosmetic errors, but by time it will be better offcourse.

The positives for the wings is still not milled, the alublocks are lying at my work just waiting to that time where these 3 things happen at the same weekend :

The Makino milling machine don´t have so much "real" work to do,
and
My college that is running the Makino has a weekend availableto to help me,as I cannot run the Makino myself,
and
That I have a weekend available.......

So when all these 3 things are fullfilled in a weekend the positives will be milled and then the work on the last parts for the Spline is ongoing.....
